Warranty Repair Authorisation

Products will not be accepted for return unless we have issued a Warranty Repair Authorisation Number (WRAN).

Please email us for details on how to apply for a WRAN.

If you send goods to us without a WRAN they will be refused at our inwards goods counter and your carrier may charge you additional costs to return them to you.

There are no exceptions to this rule; all returns MUST HAVE a WRAN before you post/send them back.
